For two decades, Coral Hill founder and principal Hugh Wilkinson has been helping clients like Microsoft, HP, GE, and Hachette Livre strategically approach international development and grow their revenues by winning business funded by the World Bank and other IFIs—a/k/a Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) - and has provided comprehensive training on the IFI business for private firms and governments on 5 continents.

Prior to his international development consulting career, Hugh Wilkinson was Sr. Advisor to the Executive Director for Canada at the Inter-American Development Bank, Canada's alternate representative to the Multilateral Investment Fund, and Commercial Officer at the Office for Liaison with International Financial Institutions at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC.

Strategic advice and support on identifying, pursuing and winning contracts funded by International Financial Institutions (IFIs) like the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and Inter-American Development Bank.

Corporate training: Over 100 IFI/donor business workshops delivered in 20+ countries.
